“Please Help Us Against our Enemy”

Prayer for Today:  Psalm 60:11-12 NLT

Join me in praying scripture and applying it to our current situation:

Have you rejected us, O God?  Oh please help us against our enemy, [the coronavirus], for all human help is useless. [We are powerless against this mighty disease.]

With Your help, we will do mighty things [such as obey our governing authorities* whether we like it or not; maintaining our quarantine and social distance; staying positive; looking for things to be thankful],
for You will trample down our foes.

We pray in Jesus mighty Name, Amen

*Romans 13:1-2
:1, Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.

:2, Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves…

:3, Do what is right and He will commend you.
