Gift Ideas for the Graduate

by | Jun 4, 2022 | Lifestyle

This is the day which the Lord has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it.
Psalm 118:24

It’s graduation season for many of us. Last week I attended my nephew’s graduation and I have four more graduates I’ll be celebrating.

Maybe you too have graduates in your life. Perhaps, like me, you need some help thinking outside the box for personal and unique gift ideas – especially if you don’t know the graduate all too well.

A few years ago, I asked the KGM community for some ideas. Here are some of the creative thoughts shared. I’ve included links to a few of the suggestions. 😉

  1. A devotional book with cash or a gift card.
  2. Scripture Cards
  3. A Bible (engraved is a nice touch).
  4. A duffle bag or large carry bag for going home on the weekend.
  5. An umbrella.
  6. A tile – an electronic device to help locate misplaced keys.
  7. Personalized stationery.
  8. Gift cards to Amazon.
  9. Gift cards to Bed Bath & Beyond for setting up a dorm room.
  10. Gas cards.
  11. A Yeti or Tervis Cup of their college with money inside.
  12. A backpack.
  13. Monogrammed towels.
  14. Quilt made out of their t-shirts.
  15. Luggage.
  16. Jewelry or charm bracelet.
  17. Big laundry basket with dorm essentials.
  18. Small travel safe to keep all their belongings.

Congratulations to all of the graduates in your life. May this list help you as much as it has me celebrate their accomplishments!
