Don’t Miss your Fire Hydrant Moment

by | Jan 29, 2019 | ONE WOMAN

We are busily preparing for the February 2 ONE WOMAN conference, and our excitement is building!!!

Conferences are so unique.  They offer a break from our normal routines and familiar surroundings and allow for a “fire hydrant of Truth” to be poured into our hearts and supply encouragement to live purposeful lives.

But God has also impressed upon my heart that ONE WOMAN is more than a conference.  It’s a movement of women choosing to live God’s Word in their spheres of influence.

Jesus chose us to bear fruit that lasts.  Fruit bearing does not necessarily mean a big promotion, a large following on social media, a hefty bank account, or worldly accolades.  Fruitfulness is success in God’s eyes.

God doesn’t want us wasting energy on what may seem important today only to later find those things lack eternal value.

God purposes each of us to know Him personally and experientially.  He’s looking for WOMEN who:

  • Desire to make an impact in their corner of the world.
  • Understand the core of their influence is their God-given identity.
  • Walk confidently in the Truth.
  • Believe in the power of prayer.
  • Possess a deep, inner conviction that they were meant for something greater than themselves.
  • Realize the importance of being surrounded by like-minded women to accomplish their purpose and potential…

Bearing fruit will look different during each decade of our lives. Yet, one thing will always remain consistent – there will always be people in our spheres of influence who desperately need to hear the gospel, know that they are loved, and that God has a purpose for their lives.

Don’t underestimate the power of ONE WOMAN living for Christ in her generation.  She’s powerful in the eyes of heaven.
