Feel Like Your Prayers are Falling on Deaf Ears?

by | Feb 25, 2021 | Forgiveness, Prayer

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” I John 1:9

Follow up to Denita’s points:

As Christians, prayer is our most powerful tool. Prayer invites God into our day-to-day life and unleashes God’s power over our current circumstances. Prayer is our way to release our fears and anxieties to God, knowing that He works all things for the good of those who love Him.

Our prayers will be hindered when we have unconfessed sin in our lives.

“But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden His face from you, so that He will not hear.”- Isaiah 59:2

As we pray, lets ask God to search our hearts and show us any offensive ways within us. When He makes us aware of our offenses toward Him, Scripture promises that if we confess our sins, He will forgive us.

Hope this helps your daily walk with Him;)
